24-hour refund policy
You may cancel your registration for a full refund within 24 hours of registering. Email [email protected] within that window with the purchaser’s name, registration email, and order information. Do not send full card details. Outside that 24-hour window, participant cancellations are nonrefundable, subject to any rights required by law. Approved refunds are issued electronically to the original payment method; bank processing times may vary.
If the organizers cancel the event, all registrants receive a full refund. If the event is postponed, registrants may choose the new date or a full refund. Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Classes and production activities
The experience combines filmmaking classes and hands-on work on an original short film. Department preferences, casting, speaking parts and specific duties are not guaranteed; assignments reflect production needs, experience, auditions, safety and availability. The detailed schedule is being finalized. Receive an official on-screen film credit, with your eligible credit submitted to IMDb. IMDb acceptance or publication is not guaranteed. Distribution details and the rights needed for use of footage will be covered by separate approved releases.
Minors and guardians
Participants under 18 must have a parent or legal guardian present. An adult must complete registration and permissions for a minor. Separate guardian consent, safety and media-release documents must be completed before participation where applicable.
Safety and conduct
Follow production staff instructions around equipment, lighting, effects, action scenes and production areas. Do not attempt stunts, combat, effects or equipment operation without authorization and supervision. Inform the team of relevant accommodation or safety needs. Separate participation and safety documents, including any screen-combat or stunt acknowledgments where applicable, must be completed before those activities. These registration terms do not replace them.
Film, photographs and releases
Film, photographs and voice recordings are part of the production experience. A separate Participant Appearance / Likeness / Film Release, and an appropriate parent/guardian version for minors, must establish approved permissions before participation. Those documents will describe the permissions for recording, names and credits, use of footage and photographs, distribution, and promotion. These website terms do not grant those rights, establish footage ownership or replace a participation waiver.
Story submissions
Story ideas are optional and selection is not guaranteed. Submit only material you own or have permission to share and avoid confidential information. No ownership transfer or license to adapt, combine, produce or distribute a submission is granted by these website terms. Appropriate submission/IP terms must be reviewed and approved separately before the production uses submitted material.
Communications and privacy
Registration and event updates will be sent using the contact information you provide. Marketing email or text consent must be obtained separately when required and is not a condition of purchasing a ticket. Personal information is described in the Privacy Policy.
Questions and applicable rights
Contact [email protected] for general registration and event questions, or [email protected] for refunds. These terms do not limit rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. Material changes affecting an existing purchase will be communicated; revised terms will not retroactively impose new obligations without an appropriate basis.
